Maryland Carry and HQL Class at Queen City Armory May Weekend

This is the Current MD requirement under the new Supreme Court Ruling.

This will be 2, 8hour classes to meet the Maryland requirement standard of 16 hours.

Completion of the class does not guarantee you will be given a permit from the state. You must complete a background check (fingerprinted) and pass an information interview and pay all fees

If you already own a handgun, please bring it to the range on the second day along with a minimum of 100 rounds and preferable 2 magazines. Eye and ear protection will be provided if needed.

First day is strictly classroom and no equipment or items are needed.

Military Veterans are exempt from this training requirement. If you are a veteran you just need to get Fingerprinted and submit the online application

Day 1 will be class room only and everything is provided.

Day 2 is at the Frostburg Shooting Range

If you have your own handgun or access to one please bring it on day 2 along with 100 rounds of ammo and eye and ear protection.  If you don't have any of the above items I have loaners.

If enough people sign up to attend ProCare will be onsite for fingerprinting during the first day. Please bring Photo ID and source of payment or cash ($55)
